Heyshott is an English civil parish within the district of Chichester and the county of West Sussex

Heyshott is a small village approximately 3 miles south of Midhurst. According to figures in the 2011 census, Heyshott has a population of 309 and covers an area of 3.62 square miles. Heyshott has a thriving pub, The Unicorn, serving delicious fresh food and drink. The village also holds a bonfire night celebration every November. Heyshott has an Anglican Church, St James as well as the Cobden Club Village Hall that is available for hire for functions etc. Notable former residents of Heyshott include Richard Cobden a British politician known for his fight for the 1846 repeal of the corn laws and advocate of free trade.
